Returns

By nothing new really hopes you will love your pre-loved item but we want all our customers to feel protected when they make a purchase with us!

By nothing new adheres to the Consumer Rights Act 2022 - meaning returns may be accepted for any items that do not fit the description of the item shown on site.

All returns must be requested through the following email, admin@bynothingnew.com. A return form must be requested within 7 days of item delivery. All tags and original packaging must attached in order for the item to be accepted. You may be asked for additional information prior to accepting the return.

If you feel that the item you have purchased does not match the item described and pictured on the website, please feel free to contact us on the below email or via Instagram & we will do our best to resolve this.

Shipping costs are non refundable, and unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer free return shipping.

As per the Consumer Rights Act 2022, a change of mind does not constitute a right for a refund.
